Our Executive Director Janet McCall had the pleasure of celebrating Pittsburgh artists, like Tina Brewer and Penny Mateer, represented in Governor Tom Wolf’s exhibition Threads: From Traditional to Today. Threads¬†highlights the textile arts and the important role that industry has played in Pennsylvania’s history. The exhibition¬†will be on display through the end of August at the Governor’s Residence in Harrisburg. For more information about tours and events at the Residence, visit www.residence.pa.gov.
