This exhibition has been extended to be on view through January 24, 2020!
Curated by Katy DeMent and Ann Rosenthal, the artworks are organized thematically, addressing issues?related to climate change through craft, while posing literal questions for the public to ponder. These works demonstrate how local artists are attempting to change their environmental footprint while crafting conversations for thousands of transit users. Crafting Conversations invites viewers to take a long view, suggesting how we might shift our thinking, actions, and culture to allow for a more sustainable, life-affirming relationship between human and non-human nature.
