3-Hour Crafts & Drafts Workshop

Date: Friday, June 2

Time: 6pm-9pm

Description: Here it is! The workshop you have all been waiting for! Join our beloved Store Associate, Jim Ebbert, as he teaches his coiled basketry technique. Students will learn the coiling technique and create a flat basket base to serve as the foundation for their pin. Then choose from an assortment of collected objects to complete your one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

Tuition: $40

Materials: All materials will be provided

Crafts & Drafts: Participants must be 21 years of age or older. Beer and lights snacks will be provided.

Location: Contemporary Craft (5645 Butler St., Pittsburgh, PA 15201)

Cancellations and Refunds: Workshop cancellations are decided three business days before the start date. If workshops must be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, the entire class fee will be refunded through Eventbrite, or you may leave your workshop fee in your Contemporary Craft account for future workshops.

Refund Policy: Student refund requests must be made at least three business days before a class begins. There will be a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given without three-business days notice. Processing of refunds takes approximately three weeks.

About the Artist

Jim Ebbert is awesome! Anyone who has had the pleasure of visiting Contemporary Craft while he is working can attest to that fact. Jim loves a chunky pencil. Jim loves the color orange. Jim’s doodles are framable works of art. Jim can wrap a package like nobody’s business. Jim would like to add that he didn’t write this.
