Contemporary Craft offers a unique and memorable venue for corporate and private events for adult audiences. The venue can accommodate approximately 20 to 100 guests for a cocktail-style reception, depending on the current exhibition and event space requirements.
Given the open floor plan and fragile nature of our art installations, the facility is not appropriate for wedding receptions, dancing, or events for children. This facility is ideal for audiences with strong interests in craft, creativity, design, and art education.
Availability
Contemporary Craft is available for private functions only after public hours. Events may be scheduled between 4-9 PM (including set up and clean up) Mondays – Saturdays throughout the year.
Catering
Contemporary Craft has a non-restrictive catering clause; a list of preferred caterers and musicians is available upon request.
Restrictions
To ensure the safety of art objects in the galleries and the Store:
- no smoking is permitted anywhere in the facility,
- no red wine or darkly colored specialty drinks are allowed anywhere in the facility,
- no candles are allowed except for votives,
- no adhesive labels, tape, or tags are allowed.

Street parking is available.
