Development Coordinator – Full Time
This position functions as the key support staff for the Heart of Craft program, meeting attendance and revenue goals through monthly Point of Entry events, quarterly cultivation events, and the annual ASK luncheon. Plays a central role in planning and executing annual Out of Hand benefit, coordinating silent auction and preview party. Serves as the database administrator and coordinates receipt and acknowledgement of gifts and grants. Assist in foundation relations through strategic communications, drafting letters of inquiry, acknowledgments, maintaining grant schedule and coordinating reports.

- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, marketing, arts management, or liberal arts, along with two years development experience is required, but commensurate experience or education will be considered.
- The ideal candidate is results-driven, has an outgoing personality, and possesses the excellent communication and donor relationship skills, organizational and time management skills necessary to succeed in this position.
- Experience with donor management database, proficient with MS Excel, and MS Word; knowledge on Blackbaud eTapestry is a plus.
- Ability to work during evenings and some weekends as needed.
